Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want the Service to be worth it. Here's how cancellations, trials, and refunds work.

The short version: Cancel anytime from your billing settings. Your plan stays active through the end of the period you already paid for, then stops. We don't lock you into contracts.

Free trial

If your plan includes a free trial, you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be billed.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing settings.
When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period; it will not renew after that.
You keep access to your data during the remainder of the paid period.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we'll review it in good faith.
Nothing here limits rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
