Terms of Service
Last updated: May 30, 2026
These Terms govern your use of crminvoicing (the “Service”), operated by crminvoicing.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
crminvoicing provides CRM, invoicing, scheduling, messaging, and marketing tools for service businesses, delivered as a subscription.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account.
- Keep your password confidential. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
- You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
Subscriptions & billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) to your payment method on file via Stripe.
- Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.
- You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your subscription.
Your content & your customers
- You retain ownership of the data and content you put into the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service.
- You are responsible for your own customers' data and for the messages you send. If you send SMS or email through the Service, you represent that you have the required consent and comply with applicable laws (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and carrier/A2P 10DLC requirements). You must honor opt-out requests.
- You will not use the Service to send spam, unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse or disrupt the Service; attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours; reverse engineer or resell the Service without permission; or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Third-party services
The Service integrates with third parties (e.g., Stripe, Square, Google, Twilio, Brevo, social platforms). Your use of those is also governed by their terms, and we aren't responsible for them.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by us and protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using and cancel the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by nature should survive will survive.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date; continued use means you accept the changes.
